DiA Requests
Hunger Games Rules Icon_minitimeFri Jul 13, 2012 5:29 pm by Saffren
So if you are going to be away from the pack for a bit, then you need to request DiA (Disabled in Arena) so you will not be marked inactive.

When requesting...
-Please try to have an estimated return day. Just to keep us organized
-When you have officially returned from DiA please post here saying so
-You must at least give a brief reason for DiA, it doesn't have to be where your going and …

You have been warned.
There are two words that make one that you must post in your first RP post to be able to play in the games.

Since we cannot play the actual version of the hunger games, the Gamemakers have decided to modify it so its not so demented and grotesque.
The games and actual role-play alternate on a monthly basis, as we want to keep the games special and fun to all. This does not mean we are not to do any other events in the normal roleplay, but since this pack is Hunger Games, its sort of a finale for all the progress we've made.
So, now for the touchy subject of rules. To play these Games, you must abide to them and understand this: there is no ruthless killing unless certain standards are apparent , stated as follows:
-Said Character can only be slayed from the Hunger Games if their Strength is below thirty. Health points are distributed and taken away upon certain actions, like hunting and gathering; or fighting with another user. ( The first part of the word is agree

All characters start with a hundred points in Strength, and seventy five in Thirst and Hunger. Thirst and hunger are both very fluctuating bars, and change often. Strength changes with every action, depending on what you do. If thirst and hunger remain high in number, your strength will improve.
Please refer to point chart below:

When one hunts an animal, it loses a total of ten strength points maximum (Elk, Deer, ), the lowest being four for smaller prey items (Mice, Hare, Rabbit, Fish). You cannot spontaneously create a herd of Elk, the Gamemaker will do so for you. For bigger prey items you gain eight points, and for smaller prey you gain two back. If you choose not to hunt, your strength will ultimately plummet unless you hunt some larger prey.

Mice= 2 gained; 1 lost
Hare= 3 gained; 1 lost
Rabbit= 5 gained; 2 lost
Fish= 7 gained, 3 lost
Bird=10 gained; four lost

Elk= 30 gained; 10 lost
Deer= 25 gained; 13 lost

War in the Games is inevitable, however, please keep these rules in mind:
You may not powerplay in any way; when the Gamemakers permit (as well as the stat bars) you may only then fight.
There can be back-stabbing allies
No gory or vulgar killing The chart for fighting actions/wounds is below:

Biting= Minus 5 to your opponent, -15 to yourself; can be used only three times in battle
Dodging= Minus 1 to yourself; no damage to opponent; can be used 1
Kicking= Minus 3 to opponent; -15 to yourself can be used only twice in battle
( The second portion of the word is 'ment' )

If anyone is to break these rules they face warning or automatic suspension varying on the offense.
Thank you,
