P R E Y
Squirrels
Small in size and hard to catch unless you can easily sneak up on them. They do not prove to be satisfying meal for a full grown large canine but there are dozens of them throughout the territory.
Rabbits
Very quick creatures these animals are. To sneak up one one a hunter must be swift and silent. They prefer greens and few berries. One large rabbit could be a satisfying meal for a canine.
Black-Footed Ferret
Short in size, these creatures feast on smaller mammals. They sometimes hide in foliage or burrows.
Mice
In the areas there are multiple species of mice. They are hardly a suitable meal and a hunter would have to be silent while stalking one.
Vole
There are many species of vole in the woodland areas. They are small in size and usually hide in burrows.
Deer
These animals may vary in size. They have adapted the dangers of living in the Arena, growing thick fur and powerful limbs they can use to defend themselves. The horns of males are very dangerous.

Capitol Wolf Mutts
They are rarely sighted but it doesn't mean they do not still roam the lands. They are very large in size and have the ability to stand on their hind legs for periods of time. a fight between a Wolf Mutt against a regular sized canine would not end well for the canine.
Tracker-Jackers
These wasp-like creatures might look like normal wasps. They are larger than normal bees and are relatively gold in color. A sting from these creatures can cause pain and horrible hallucinations. Lots of stings might even be fatal. They will hunt down anyone that disturbs them or their nest.
Foxes
There are several species of foxes throughout the territory. They usually stay clear of the pack though sometimes these scavengers might try to venture into the grounds searching for an easy meal. Unattended Sparks could become easy prey.
Mountain Lions
These creatures mostly prefer higher areas within the territory. They too like to steer clear of the pack's members though a lone member should still watch their back. These Mountain lions have adapted to the strange climates of the Arena as have the many other creatures.
Lynx
Lynx are silent predators. They can vary from the size of a small cat to the size of a mountain lion.
