I think that the best character in the series was Buttercup. Hands down. He always managed to survive everything and he just brought the whole book series to life!^^

Okay, practically my whole post is a spoiler if you haven't read the series...

I think Susan Collins used Buttercup as symbolism. He was portrayed as something ugly and worthless through Susan's writing, [spolier] and yet Katniss returned at the end of the series and saved him. I think it just showes how much Katniss had changed after the games.[spoiler]

I loved the allience between Prim and Katniss. They helped eachother in astonishing ways. [spoiler] I cried when Prim died both in the movie and the book.[spoiler]

In my opinion I cannot wait to see how they create the second movie based off the book. It always annoys me when a detail is changed/left out in a movie based off a book. Such as the prep team was not seen in the first movie as was Madge.

Yeah! And what about the lamb stew?!? I was so disappointed when they left out the lamb stew!!
