| [Only admins are allowed to see this image] T H E _ W O O D L A N D Oddly enough, as peaceful as it appears, there has been odd vehicles recovered from its clutches. Odd vehicles; which have no wheels but only levitates from the ground, appearing to be hovering... Skeletal trees twist and curve at grotesque angles, appearing to have witnessed a horrendous burn. |

| It was here, after moments of lumbering throughout long grasses, that a sea of blueish green came into eye. "What an odd place." she spoke aloud, flicking an ear and hesitantly placing a paw about the bloom.

| Saffren follows Rye into the strange area. She gazes at the trees and wide expanse of foliage. 'Strange' she thinks while still trying to look everywhere at once. |

| Harlow kept a steady trot behind Rye as they carried on, keeping her head low to the ground in the process of keeping a mental note on all the scents that were around the area. It's when Harlow noticed Rye slow from the corner of her eye, she resumed a straight posture and also looked around. The area they were now in was nothing like she'd ever seen. The grasses were covered in what appeared to be some sort of blueish flower. Swiveling her ears back, Harlow moved to the side of Rye, tentatively and slowly walking forward into the flowered grass. |

| The figure leans forward to lower her nose to a blossom of a blue color. In fact, this area held many of the plants. Though the gnarled branches of many trees agitated at several odd angles almost like hands defaulting from the earth. With a huff Saffren turns her head towards the area around her. She knew very little of this strange land and was unsure of what they would encounter. |

| "Strange" Claire said then shock then growled to herself. She then spotted a couple of wolvds amd wondered if they were nice wolves. "H-Hi, my name is Claire and you are?" the tan fae inquired then swished her tail in curiousity. It was hard for Claire to meet others, due to her horrid history that remains way back then. |

| Blood red eyes glance upwards to catch sight of a figure walking towards them. She remains silent for a second as she analyzes the female's posture as if searching for any signs of hostile movements. However this character, Claire, did not seem hostile or threatening at all. "I am Saffren, and this is Rye and Harlow" she replies with a nod of her head toward her two companions. |

| Claire smiled at Saffern then nodded as the fae introduced two other wolves. "Pleasure to meet you. I was so happening to wander around to look for a pack to join." The tan female said then carefully yet calmly sat. 'These wolves seem nice!' She thought then swished her tail in slight interest yet wanting to know if there were other wolves around this big area. |

| Harlow flicked her ears as a new voice sounded upon them, turning her head to find the stranger whom the voice belonged to. Glancing to Saffren, then to Rye as the newcomer spoke a greeting, she flicked her tail, not quite in annoyance, though certainly not a friendly gesture. She looked again to Saffren as she took it upon herself to introduce the three, herself included, and gruffly snorted, a half of a reply, towards the wolf. She wasn't exactly one to frolic freely with strangers, and she would think no different of this particular canine; she'd have to prove herself before Harlow would give even a fraction of trust towards her. |

| Saffren nods and looks at the female, a particular blank and calm look upon her features. "This place does bear many tales, one must say it was once inhabited yet now it appears that only canines and other strange creatures walk these grounds" she says to Claire. "And if it is the leads you seek then it appears that your search has finally played off" the candid adds. |

| Ryder shivered as the icey wind sliced the air between him and Ink. Ink was the only wolf he could trust, as the two had practically grown up together. She had always been there for him, even when he didn't deserve her support. He glanced over at the raven black fae before settling his gaze back on the road ahead. They had to keep moving. Before long he could smell other wolves on their path. He couldn't quite tell how many there were, or how far away, but they were in their way.
He and Ink had experienced other dispersals before, and they had always handeled them well, with only a few scars to show for it. He flicked his tail toward the shiny black fae, motioning her to be careful. In his mind, it was an unspoken agreement that he would watch out for her, and she would do the same for him. That's how closely bonded they were.
He could hear voices of the wolves up ahead. There were atleast two, but their could have been any number of others lurking the forest near by. He stopped in his tracks, poised for an attack but nothing lept from the underbrush. He lowered his head so his nose almost grazed the dead leaves littering the ground, and crept forward, ready for anything. |

| The tall figure turns towards a sudden rustling sound, leaves brushing together under paw steps. Blood red eyes narrow suspiciously as she watches her surroundings anticipating a predator to appear. Could it be one of those strange mutant canines? Ruthless and bloodthirsty they were, no doubt fierce opponents to the wolves. She would surely attack said creature if it turned out to be hostile. Even if this intruder was a canine she would remain suspicious as she always was for newcomers and strangers. Bravely she shifts her red eyes towards a figure slowly emerging. "What is your business here?" she confronts the canine scenting that it was a male. |

| Harlow stood idly by as both Saffren and Rye moved forward to pinpoint another stranger's location, herself staying next to the first newcomer, though still not speaking a word. If needed, she would intervene and make her presence known to the second being, though for now she felt there was no purpose to join the two in confronting this canine. Watching with the sight of her one good eye, she kept her ears turned promptly forward, straining to hear the spoken greetings of the pair of wolves. |

| "What is your business here?" Ryder raised his head at the fae's voice. He hadn't seen her, but she had obviously seen them. He bared his teeth, carefully examining their surroundings. There was four other wolves, and the odds weren't in their favor. (lol) "Indeed?" Another wolf came at the first's flank, ready to back her up. He stepped forward, determination setting in his eyes and a sneer settling on his maw. "I could ask the same of you." He barked, though he knew he had no right too. The place was obviously occupied by these other wolves and they were out numbered. He wasn't about to back down though. |

| Saffren narrows her eyes at the sight of the male's sneer. She bared her teeth ever so slightly in a dominant stance. "We commonly walk these lands, seeing you have trespassed we have a right to know what you might be doing here" the female replies with a short huff. Her patience was usually short when it came to those with rude tones. |

Ryder flinched at the way she said 'trespassed.' He attempted to mime her dominant stance, though he ust not have perfected it, as none of the females even flinched. He cleared his throat. "We mean no trouble." He uttered, though his rigid stance said otherwise. He surveyed each of the wolves in turn, unsure of what to think of the strangers. He was reluctant to share his name with these wolves, and instead waited for the other wolf to reply first. He was stubborn like that |

| Saffren remains standing, her chin raised as she watches the male suspiciously. To her he was a trespasser that had stumbled upon their newly found territory. "Then at least attempt to show it" she muses while maintaining a slight frown. Her red eyes watched the male's posture which to her was the main indicator of his intentions. He still appeared intent on keeping a confident look. "Well are you simply passing through or is there something else?" she asks. |

| "Then at least attempt to show it"
Ryder snarled, pressing his ears flat against his head in hostility. Showing any sign of weakness was not his forte, and what this femme was asking of him was unthinkable. He wasn't about to show even a glimmer of passiveness and bow down to this gaggle of girls. No way.
"Well are you simply passing through or is there something else?"
"What more could there be?" He asked, meeting her crimson red gaze, a challenge dancing in his own almond eyes. At that point he had completely forgotten Ink's presence, and his focus was fully on the stranger. He narrowed his eyes suspiciously, waiting for her to make the first move of attack. He generally wasn't one to fight a lady, but she was asking for it. |

| "I'm afraid I will have to ask you to leave then seeing that you wish to stand so leasurly in pack territory" Saffren growls. Her teeth bare in a snarl as she hears his snarl. She takes a threatening step towards him not afraid of any stranger. "People who wish to join the pack are welcome yet hostile strangers are not" she growls, her tail lashing behind her. She knew the logical thing to do would be to at least attempt to reason instead of senselessly resorting to fighting. |

| Ink stood silently at Ryder's side. Similar to how she had her whole life. it was officially time to intervene. "Not necessary" She said, stepping in between the females and Ryder. She scrutinized the wolves surrounding her. She wasn't sure if anyof them had even noticed her until that point. She opened her mouth but hesitated before speaking "If you'd have us, we'd be grateful to stay with you" The wordsfeltawkward in hermaw, but it was too late to change them. She knew Ryder didn't mean any harm. He just got carried away and stressed himself out. Ink stared into the female's eyes bravely, waiting for her to kick the pair out for being so forward. |

| Red eyes turn to look towards a dark female who she had not noticed until now. This canine spoke with a more reasonable tone which calmed her ever so slightly. Hearing the mention of joining she raises a brow and watches the two of them. "I would be glad to have you join our ranks" she replies with a short nod. Yet she remained suspicious mostly towards the male who had confronted her. "What are your names?" she asks in a more respectful tone. |

| "Not necessary"
Ryder swiveled around to meet Ink's gaze as the forgotten femmecommented on his behavior.
"If you'd have us, we'd be grateful to stay with you"
"I'll handle this." He scoffed indifferently, not wanting her to get involved. If she heard him, she showed no sign of it, nor did the new femme. Annoyed at the whole bunch, he sat down, his tail closing over the base of his large torso in agitation
"I would be glad to have you join our ranks. What are your names?" Ryder was reluctant to give their nmes out to strangers, but it was what Ink wanted. "I'm Ryder. That's Ink." He flicked his til back at the raven femme but kept his gaze back on the unnamed femme. "And who are you?" .
